Jason caught this picture at Thanksgiving when he was here. I’d like to have a caption contest with it. Give me a good caption to go with that interesting photo.

Christmas morning!
Wednesday, January 18th, 2006Here are a few pictures from Christmas morning.
What does that say?
Tuesday, January 17th, 2006Amie was reading Genesis, chapter 2 today for school. It was about Adam and Eve and it reads… “they were not ashamed.” She said, “They were not Amish.” I had to hide my laughter as it would have upset her and my eyes were filling up with trying to keep it back.
On to a different thing… I was working with AnnaBeth and Christine on taller, tallest, and smaller, smallest (with Noelle participating because she will NOT be left out.) I asked them to line up next to the organ. I asked Christine, “Who is taller?” and Noelle went “OH!!” and ran off to return with a plastic box on which she climbed so she could be taller. Jeremy’s mom, Grandma, and I all thought that was so funny. I didn’t think she would understand those concepts yet.
And now to end my post… I’ll add that picture that I asked my Mom for.
Pictures coming soon
Monday, January 16th, 2006We got our pictures from Christmas back. I need to format them to a size that I can fit here and then I’ll post some. That last post was one of them.
Mom, if you can send me the one of AnnaBeth dancing around the tree, I’d appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
God is Good!

After a storm from my parents’ balcony.
Happy Birthday Son!
Saturday, January 14th, 2006James was born at 4:57pm on this day seven years ago. You know what I found quite funny that day… my next dr’s appointment for that pregnancy was scheduled that day at 5:00pm. I told the dr that I made him reschedule other people’s appointments, but at least I kept mine.
He got a real puppet this morning. He’s named it Allen (which is his middle name.) Now he really can’t wait to start his puppet classes next Friday.
It’s official de-lurking week
Friday, January 13th, 2006Well, according to Matthew, it is. Anyway, I was thinking my readers, not just lurkers, but all readers, could leave a comment and tell me why you keep coming back to my site. I think of my site as kind of a diary of what the kids are up to or what I’ve been doing, and wouldn’t mind if no one came. It is nice to know someone is interested in our little doings here though.
Guess what? It’s snowing outside.
Sorry, I’ve not posted much of substance lately. I’ve just not felt like posting much. I’m sure I’ll be back to posting often soon.
LOL
Thursday, January 12th, 2006AnnaBeth: Someone get me a help! Someone get me a help!
Daddy: What’s a help?
AnnaBeth: One of these things. (points to Amie and James)
Well, I didn’t get it all done (more)
Monday, January 9th, 2006I still have the drawers and toy box to go through. The laundry wasn’t too hard to get caught up with after the kids were asleep. I had a few more sick kids this weekend and my poor Jeremy came down with whatever it was too. Oh well, I’ll get to them when I get to them. In the meantime, the laundry accumulates everyday, so I’ve still got that to do. I always have that to do. LOL Today we have company coming, so I’ve cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and mopped the floors so they look much better. Gotta go… I have some laundry waiting to be folded while the kids are napping.
