I’m wearing one. Well, actually it’s plastic and it’s over my favorite pair of jeans, but I’m still wearing it. We are doing Outrigger Island for our VBS next week and the pastor’s wife got this skirt for me (along with a long pair of white shorts to wear underneath) to wear on Sunday for our kick-off. I’ve been wearing it when I practice to get used to it. It is slightly distracting right now. I’m leading the singing and stuff on Sunday and we are introducing two of our VBS songs during the service. The older kids in the children’s choir are helping me with the songs. I’ve been working with them on it for a little while and they are doing good. I think it’ll be fun.
VBS starts on Monday. Sometime between now and Sunday, Jeremy and I have to go to the church to get his class room decorated. He’s teaching the 7-8th graders. My “class” is already decorated since it is the sanctuary.
