Stop The Presses!

Amie ate BEEF tonight and asked for seconds! She even knew it was beef beforehand. This is from the girl that hasn’t eaten beef except for the required bite whenever we have it since she was around 3 years old.

What did we have tonight? Beef stew and biscuits. I put a biscuit (or half depending on how much I expect the child to eat) into the bottom of the bowl and pour stew over it. Amie has always had only half a biscuit and a bite of all pieces of the beef stew (beef, carrot, potato). Today, I gave her that and then she asked for a seconds when she was done. I gave her the other half of her biscuit and more stew than normal and she ate it all and asked for more, but the stew was gone by then. About three months ago, she cried when I made this. Two months ago, she pouted. Last month, she made a face. This month, no complaints or faces and asking for more. We’re doing good. Now to get her to eat hamburger.
