Go Away Cravings!

I quit drinking Dr Pepper here at the house. I haven’t had any for about 5 days. I will allow myself some every once in a while when we eat out, but no more buying soda for the house. Most of the time, while eating out, I get water. It’s only the few times that we go to a fast food restaurant that I might get Dr Pepper. I have also cut down on the amount of chocolate I eat. I used to eat a little bit everyday. Just a little bit, unless I’d had a really rough day. I bought a pack of Extra gum a little while ago and found that if I pop one of those in my mouth that I will not snack on the chocolate or cookies. I don’t plan on giving this up as much, but just cutting it down. I need to find a way that will help me get more exercise though. That is the next step. I just want to be in shape.

    Sometimes when I have cravings I drink hot tea, like an orangeish or berry flavor. Something warm and tasty, sometimes I put in on ice. I don’t put sugar or honey in it. Gum is a good idea :)
