Today is Amie’s birthday. The little girl who I spent 72 hours in labor with. The beautiful young lady who I took to get her ears pierced on Saturday for a birthday present. I don’t have a scanner or a picture of her as a baby on my computer, so I can’t let you see that baby with lots and lots of black hair, but I do believe I have a picture of her at 3 years old on here somewhere. I’ll add pictures once I find them.
Edit: I added pictures to my flickr. I had a hard time deciding which one I would want to put on here, so I just added a bunch of different ones into this set.

Oh my GOODNESS!!! How could I have missed this!!! I feel so bad!! I will tell Emily in the morning.
I LOVED looking at Amie’s pictures she is a true beauty!!! I LOVE the one of her with the cat (it’s the same one she sent to Emily) and I love the one of her in her ballet dresses! She was such an adorable and super cute baby too! She reminds me so much of Emily and I can just see in her face she is a sweet and precious little girl!!
Oh and the picture with of her with the math book is the same one we had!!
Also I saw you post about coming to Chicago one day!! I would LOVE to meet you guys there! We could all go to Ed Debevic’s or something! I know Emily would freak out if she could actually meet Amie! Thanks for writing to us again about Amie and Emily being pen pals. I love that she has a friend like Amie!!
